Ottawa’s Feverfest 2012 took place outside the Clocktower Brew Pub parking lot on June 23, 2012. I got there to see Loon Choir start off the show. The weather couldn’t be any great when they played live. Short but a nice way to start off the day.

Spirit of the West was the last and headliner at 19th Annual Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival. They surely got the audience on their feet with their Celtic folk rock music.
Paper Lions was the next act at 19th Annual Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival. The last time I saw them was last year at Raw Sugar Cafe. It was great to see them play live in Ottawa. Forgot how amazing live Paper Lion can be! They put on a great show!
It was the beginning of the 19th Annual Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival. I hadn’t been to this in quite awhile. I was very interested in their live music lineup. Also these shows are free to attend. The first band to play on Friday was Toronto’s Whale Tooth.
After 2.54 played, it was Brooklyn’s DIIV to play. This was part of the SESAC Showcase during NXNE. I was really impressed with their set.

On Friday night during NXNE. I headed up to Lee’s Palace for the SESAC Showcase. The first band playing from 2.54. They are a band from London, UK. The music was indie rock with that doom drone sound.
