I need to get back to my final night of coverage of NXNE 2012.
I headed up the Garrison.
I think it was the Pop Montreal showcase.
The first act that I saw was Warm Myth.
If you don’t know, Warm Myth consist of Casey Mecija of Ohbijou and Kieran Adams who drums for Sarah Harmer, Bonjay and whatever band he drums for.
It was their first live show.
Despite playing at 8pm, I made the most of their set dancing to their electronica chillwave pop music.
At one point I thought they went dubsteppy but it didn’t really matter.
Warm Myth only played four tracks, most of them you can check on their Soundcloud.
It was nice to see all the members (minus James Bunton) of Ohibjou in support of Warm Myth.
Hope they will put out more tracks in the later months.
