Started off the third day of Ottawa Bluesfest.
The first band that I saw play was New York’s Freelance Whales.
They played at the Claridge Stage.
I was very excited to see them. Must been their first time in Ottawa?
I was impressed with the band’s indie pop rock and baroque pop music.
The band played tracks from their first album.
At least a friend of mines was happy they played this song.
They also played new tracks from the upcoming album Diluvia which will drop on October 9th.
This is one of the songs they played called “Locked Out”
I really enjoyed their set despite the risers at that stage.
