There was alot of events happening in Ottawa on March 15th.

Being the Christmas holidays, there was alot of people who came out to this.

Let’s hope we survive the Mayan Calendar or with the hectic Christmas Holiday shopping/festive stuff!!?
Everyone in Ottawa, get ready for the return of The White Wires.
Myself it’s been awhile that I had seen them play live. (Last time was February 6th)
For those not going away for the Christmas holidays.
Why not go to Babylon on December 22nd for their “proper” LP release of WWIII which dropped on July 31, 2012.
It’s been long over due and it’s going to be one wild show and party.
If you have been living under a rock.
Check out their song All Night Long.

Opening up will be another band who hasn’t played live in Ottawa for awhile.
It is Uranium Comeback.

Best of 2012: Top 12 Live Shows

Is it early?!!
It’s that time of the year where everyone compiles their best of 2012 list.
I do have my best of albums (Canadian and Non-Canadian) but it’s still in a work in progress.
For now I decided to make my list of the best live shows I’ve been to in 2012.
Since it’s 2012, why not make it a Top 12.
There will be some of the shows that didn’t take place in Ottawa but was simply “WOW!” when I happened to catch that show.
So here is my top 12 shows of 2012.

It was definitely a fun night at Babylon Nightclub on October 20th.
Thought trying to get there at around 8:30pm would be good to wait in line.
Once I got to the venue, there was already a long line-up being a sold out show.
Also a first time where there was metal barriers at the venue.
Playing at the show were:

• Young Empires

• Data Romance

Ottawa was the final stop of the tour.
