Best of 2019: International Albums [Top 10]

Now it is the time to reveal the Top 10 International albums of 2019.
A little run down: 3 British/Welsh, 6 American and 1 China.
#1 album, definitely she is channeling Kate Bush in some of the tracks like thousand eyes and sad day.
#2 album, love when Thom goes dark and electro-dance
#3 album really took me by surprised from the L.A. musician. Reminded me of the 90s synth-rock pop music from the likes of 90s New Order days.
#5 album, ok I know that one-half is Canadian but the album was recorded in New York City/Beijing. Not sure if it was intentional on the politics side with what is going on in Hong Kong. The album is sung in Cantonese and definitely reminded me the good ol’ days of Hong Kong music from the late 80s/early 90s.
