Went to see three bands at Cafe Dekcuf on Nov 22nd. It happened to be all ages show. I wasn’t annoyed like any typical AA shows. Somehow this was a laid back AA show. Bands playing were The Sunjet Records Band, The Gales and of course Winter Gloves. [flickr-gallery mode=”photoset” photoset=”72157609733067823″]

I went to see three bands on Nov 6th. First was Shotgun Jimmie and he hails from Sackville, New Brunswick. His music is indie poppy folk and some alternative rock. Backing up was three members Attack In Black, which I thought was cool. Brave of all them wearing wool sweaters on stage. Great set he …
Arkells and Matt Mays & El Torpedo @ Barrymore’s Music Hall
I just braved myself in going out of the first winter storm in Ottawa. To see Winchester Warm and Azeda Booth. Winchester Warm is the side project of Poorfolk (as I call it Poorfolk minus 2 just to be funny). This time I actually saw them play live, I did see them back in August …
The Bicycles – The Good The Bad and The Cuddly [Review]
Finally my favorite Feist track on The Reminder album has a music video. Something about this song feels so good Surprised no one hasn’t seen this. You can tell that the video wasn’t a “1 take” video.
