Sigur Ros – Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust (Review)

Sigur Rós‘s Með suð í eyrum við spilum endalaust (aka With Buzzing In Our Ears We Are Play Endlessly) has been out since June 24th.

Of course they are a “buzz” band.
Ever since I first picked up they Untitled [aka ( ) or 2 sausages kissing as I call it], I’ve been so embraced by them.
They are a band that is evolving musically. I guess you can call them “Icelandic Radiohead”.

With the new album and risque album cover.
They changed alot in the sound.
It is such a happy record with less quietness and alot of instrumental sounds.

Hearing the beginning track Gobbledigook is such a happy and playful.

The first half of the album up to Festival are the upbeat vibrant tracks
While the other half is the mellow parts of the album

There are 2 tracks which are long in epic portions which are Festival and Ára bátur.

A surprise in the album is one track called All Alright which is sung in english.

Also I got the iTunes pre-order version which has the bonus track Heima.
It is such a lovely track, go and download if you can find it on the internet.

This band makes me want to go visit Iceland.
Amazing album of 2008.

Gobbledigook (Live With Bjork at Naturra). How amazing is it to have those 2 together!?

My favorite track from the album
