I was very lucky to get a ride to The Blacksheep Inn for this great show with The Belle Game and Bear Mountain
The whole show had a British Columbia theme.
Starting off the show was Bear Mountain who are a pop-synth dance band
There was some people who braved to stand up and danced to their music.
The band took advantage of the stage to show off two triangles which had some trippy visuals.
Finally it was the Belle Game’s turn and it was nice to see how the band has changed over the years.
I remember them being more folky pop but they have changed into a vintage pop-rock sound of the 60s/70s.
There was more of Andrea singing than Adam and Andrew. 😛
They had to redo River because Andrea couldn’t hear her vocals but the redo was amazing!
Wasn’t until the last song “Wait Up For You” and encore which was a cover of Nirvana’s All Apologies that the audience stood up and danced near the stage.
Overall it was a fun night for these two bands.
