Thunder Queens Unleash Hard-Hitting Indie Punk on “Walk With Me” and “Misplaced Heart”

Today, London, Ontario trio Thunder Queens have unveiled the music video for “Misplaced Heart” along with their latest track, “Walk With Me.”
The two songs are the final singles from their upcoming sophomore album, Deep Below, which is due out this Friday via Victory Pool Records.

Both tracks deliver the hard-hitting indie punk rock sound that Thunder Queens have been building, while also forming an interesting connection within the album. “Walk With Me” and “Misplaced Heart” are the opening and closing tracks of a three-song arc on Side A of Deep Below, with the previously released epic ballad and title track “Deep Below” sitting between them.

“Walk With Me” kicks things off with plenty of punk-rock energy, while “Misplaced Heart” brings the arc to a powerful conclusion. There is a nice contrast between the two tracks, but they still feel connected as part of the larger story Thunder Queens are telling on the album.

Alongside the new songs, the band has also shared a music video for “Misplaced Heart,” giving the closing track another visual dimension.

After hearing these two new singles, I’m definitely curious to hear how this three-song arc fits into the rest of Deep Below. Thunder Queens are showing they can bring both energy and emotion to their indie punk sound.
