Celebrate the grand opening of the SPAO Centre, a purpose-designed arts facility and Ottawa’s innovative photo hub, comprised of the School of Photographic Arts: Ottawa, the SPAO International Artist Residency, and the only independent and critical Photographic Art Gallery in the entire region.
