On June 8, 2018 I went to Studio Sixty Six to see Post Neo by Julia Campisi + Manon Lebrosse which was ended on June 9th.
I got around for some drinks and check out their lovely artworks.
Manon’s work was seen previously at AXENÉO7.
For Julia Campisi, her work investigates the language of photography by using historical photographs as a starting point to discuss the relevance of the medium as a whole. By creating a new original work through the process of painting we can begin to question the mechanical way in which we now consume images.
