Today Preoccupations dropped their new song called Death of Melody.
The second single is taken from Arrangements coming out on September 9th 2022 via Flemish Eye.
Sounds like classic Preoccupations circa-2015 with that hazy post-punk jangle guitar rock track.
About the track:
“It’s about having a song stuck in your head, and having no idea what it is, and driving yourself to the brink of dementia trying to figure out what it is” explains Flegel, “It’s about knowing and forgetting, existing in the middle ground between the permanent and temporary.”
