I was kind of curious to check out this Los Angeles band called Races.
The band of six members just got signed to Frenchkiss Records who is home to The Antlers, The Dodos and Passion Pit.
Check out their song Big Broom from their EP of the same name.
The EP is a teaser for their full-length debut album which comes out sometime in 2012.
For now the EP will help introduce what the band sounds like.

Big has that indie rock psychedelic guitar moody feel to it.
