It was one of those moments where the people may have changed, but the music hasn’t.

For three hours at Club SAW, Ottawa’s The Love Machine brought a wave of warm nostalgia as they celebrated the 15th anniversary of Sweater Weather, performing the album from beginning to end.
It was a wonderful night of seeing old friends, singing along, and reliving the memories tied to those songs.

Opening the evening, Chase Van Dusen performed a short set of acoustic pop-rock tunes before The Love Machine took the stage.
The second act, My Friend PJ (formerly of Brights), delivered a solid run of alternative pop-rock tracks.
And kicking off the show was Zoo Legacy who I managed to catch the last song of their quick 10-minute set.
