CityFolk 2019 [Day 4]

It was the last day of the 2019 edition of CityFolk Festival.
Started off with contemporary folk music group from Prince Edward Island called The East Pointers.
Fine set to bring out the sun out and previewing tracks from their upcoming album Yours to Break. 7/10.
Tim Baker performed day 2 of his CityFolk Residency.
More of a change up from the night before where he did performed on the keyboards.
This time it was guitar/banjo driven in the first three songs.
Still a great set. 8/10.
Caroline Rose was at the Ravenlaw stage.
Wonderful stage setup and a toy cat.
The American indie pop rock musician previewed some new tracks and from the 2018 album Loner. 7/10.
It was the first Ottawa show for Lucy Dacus.
Nice slow burning and moody indie rock set by the Virginia musician. 8/10.
The White Buffalo alt-country their way on the Ravenlaw stage. 6/10.
Dawes was the second last act on the City Stage.
Nice indie rock set from the Los Angeles band.
Performing a mix of tracks from their discography. 7/10.
Ending my night at the Ravenlaw stage with Harrow Fair.
It was a good ol’ foot stomping country and rock set. 7/10.
This wraps up the four days of CityFolk 2019.
Can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves next year.
