It was a rainy Sunday and managed to catch 2 acts performing on the last day of Ottawa Beat’s One Year Anniversary Weekend Party.
Sadly I missed out Kelly Sloan and Kimberly Sunstrum.
I managed to catch Lake Urmia and Heavy Bedroom.
Caught the last song of Lake Urmia.
It was my first time to finally see them perform.
Surprised to see Alex Maltby of Heavy Bedroom drumming.
They had that hazy garage alterna-pop synth rock vibe.
Saw Heavy Bedroom perform and this time it was a duo.
Performing a mellow and sometimes heavy folk-rock music.
