Went to a great show on May 12, 2011.
Playing were:
Rebekah was first to play.
I haven’t seen since December when she opened up for the Rural Alberta Advantage.
She played a wonderful set!
Filled with indie pop music from the Little Voice EP, Parables from her first album and some new tracks from the upcoming second album.
I can’t wait for the second album.
Second was Bear Hands from Brooklyn.
I was excited since they are from the USA.
Wanted to know what they sounded like.
They had that indie rock/post punk sound to them.
Maybe it’s me, but I find bands from New York seem to do shoegazing so well.
A great set!
Listen to High Society.
Lastly it was Dinosaur Bones.
Knowing how many times I’ve seen them live.
They always put on a great set.
It’s great that they have a album already out called “My Divider”.
Listen to N.Y.E.
It was a nice show for a Thursday night.
Here are the rest of the photos.
