One of the coldest nights in Ottawa was definitely feeling hot at House of Targ on January 11, 2019.
The first band to perform was Ottawa’s The Offers.
First time seeing them and it is a power pop band consisting members from Mother’s Children, Average Times and many others from the Ottawa scene. 7/10
Second band was Ottawa’s The Thrill.
Loud psych-punk rock set that was thrilling. 7/10.
Ending off was Toronto’s Goodbye Honolulu.
Having miss them a few times last year, finally got the chance to see them.
Put on a insane set of garage rock that had everyone dancing to their music.
Playing materials from No Honey, More Honey and some new stuff.
Great Friday night to heat up the venue from the frigid cold! 8/10.
