It was a night of all local acts performing at Bar Robo on September 10th.
On the second night of the Night Market Chinatown, there was curious onlookers checking the show out.
Performing that night were Holy Christopher, Sparklesaurus and Gravelines.
It was the first time to finally see these local acts perform at a great venue in Ottawa.
After hearing about this band through the grapevine (mostly the lead singer Andrew Lacelle). Finally got to see them play and headlined that night. Their music is a mix of garage rock and power pop music. First two songs had audio technical difficulties with the vocals but was fixed up after that. They got people excited and moving around to their high energy rock tunes!Second band to perforn was Sparklesaurus. Another band I heard from the grapevine but finally got to see them perform. They were really great with their mix of surfy lo-fi pop rock music. Really talented musicians that you need to check out!Starting off the show was Gravelines. Upbeat rock band and got everyone excited for.
