It was Easter Monday.
Decided to hit up Cafe Dekcuf and see Halifax’s Long Long Long.
This the second time year I’ve seen Long Long Long live.
The first band to play was Dream Friends.
A band from Halifax too.
They had that grungey rock pop sound to them.
Love the drumming part of their set.
You can check out their music (which you get get for free) on their Bandcamp.
Listen to Aging Sportstar.

Second was Ottawa’s Total Crush.
Their set was pretty rocking experimental noisy!

Lastly it was Long Long Long‘s turn.
They had the lights lows on the first set but later had the green lights back on.
The band sang tracks from the new EP Who The F**k Said Family Ain’t Family No More.
Weird that they are beginning to remind me of Women.
Still had that indie experimental summery lo-fi pop sound.
Still a great band to see live.
The band is doing a LONG tour until the month of July, so catch them if you can!
Listen to Sure, Sometimes You Win
