Today the Winnipeg, Manitoba trio oh caroline dropped the track called Long Way Home.
The fourth single is taken from their upcoming album called Monochrome which comes out on February 9, 2024 via Friends of Friends Music.
Another cool lo-fi electro-pop tune if you like the Montreal band afternoon bike ride.

This track takes the “I don’t really care” attitude found in previous single “Skin and Bones,” and adds an optimistic twist, telling the story of a journey where one takes the scenic route.
The band keeps the understated percussion found in previous tracks, but opts for lofi-inspired pads and ukulele instead of their usual rich synths, with the aim of moving into and exploring the indie pop realm.
Oh caroline hopes that this track reminds listeners to pause and appreciate life’s simple pleasures – a reminder to stop and smell the roses.
