I am a big Basia Bulat fan.
Waiting until the fall when she drops her second album called “Heart Of My Own”.
But for now Basia contributed to the compilation called Friends In Bellwood 2.
This compilation is a 40-song, double-album set of rare, new and unreleased selections from some of Canada’s most innovative independent musicians, .
Profits from the album goes to Daily Bread Food Bank.
I haven’t heard any of the other songs from it.
But I decided to purchase Basia‘s track.
The song in mention is called My Heart Is A Warning
I totally love this track.
Has that folky abit of Motown-ish ballad feel.
Makes my heart melt while listening to it.
Or if you are feeling lonely and that song makes you feel you can relate to it.
You should totally purchase this compilation not because of Basia Bulat.
