This might be a surprise to some of you.
I finally got to see Ottawa’s Punk Rock / Pop Punk band Dead Weights play at Babylon Nightclub on March 29, 2012.
All I know is that Jonathan Becker plays in this band.
The times I’ve seen him play as his own, the music is the exact opposite. Being as indie acoustic folk music artist.
Anyways it was a different setting seeing Jonathan play in this band.
Its very loud, angry and high strung.
The played tracks from their EP and some new tracks.
It was a pretty interesting set.
