Montreal musician Jason Kent dropped the single called Fake Those Blues.
The leading single is taken from the upcoming album Common Tongues which comes out on June 2, 2023 via Elephants on Parade.

From the first chord that’s banged out like a jackhammer on the piano, this tune demands attention. The song appeared out of thin air and was literally written and recorded in two days.
A song about flirting with madness whilst remaining calm. It could be straight out of the 1970’s. One can almost picture Harry Nilsson and John Lennon snorting lines off the console, cranking the master fader and singing along at the tops of their lungs!
