Here is a live performance from Play Guitar.
It was fun Sunday evening at Raw Sugar Cafe on September 12, 2010.
The turnout was great despite being on a Sunday night.
It was an album release show for Montreal/Halifax band Play Guitar.

The first time I saw them was last year which is almost the same month where they played at Zaphods.
*Photographs on the wall is by Becca Wallace.
The show started off with Ottawa’s Girlfriends.
It was a high energy garage pop punk set.
At times it got really crazy when the drummer kept taking off his clothes (Don’t worry he kept his boxers on).
The second last song, he just got out and went into the audience. It was kind of funny moment.

Play Guitar was up next.
They are on tour in support of their album called Right Now.
They played a wonderful fun set.
It had that indie new wave alterna-rock sound.
They didn’t play alot from Right Now, mostly from their 7″ and EPs.
Here are the rest of the photos.
