Today the Toronto band Pup dropped the music video and first track of 2025 called Paranoid which was filmed at Sneaky Dee’s.
The leading single is taken from the band’s upcoming album called Who Will Look After The Dogs? which is set for release on May 2, 2025 via Little Dipper for Canada and Rise Record for outside of Canada.
An high octave loud rocking tune.
About the track by Stefan Babcock:
“My favourite part of this song is the breakdown 1:45 in.
It’s the heaviest moment in the song, Zack and Steve are going so hard, I’m yelling about all this sad stuff that’s going on with me, and Nestor is just playing the melody from ‘The Lion Sleeps Tonight’ on the bass.
It cracks me up every time I hear it.
So fucking funny.
It’s a very PUP moment.”
