I had a nice Saturday evening at Raw Sugar Cafe on April 28, 2012.
The show was a fun dance party with a mix of rock and dance.
It was also female fronted kind of show.
Playing at the show were:
• Rouge
• The Johnnies
The show started off with Ottawa’s The Johnnies (not to be confused with The Johnnys).
Finally it was my first time seeing them live.
Love their blend of indie garage pop, punk rock music.
I was totally rocking it out.
Then it was Rouge’s turn.
They totally tore the place up with their electro-dance pop music.
I was having a fun time dancing to their music!
During the encore they did a cover of Robyn’s “With Every Heartbeat”.
They also put the fun in their shows!
Overall there was a great turnout for this show.
