I haven’t heard a peep from my favorite band Ruby Coast.
Until now which I received this email on the news of an upcoming full-length debut album.
Ruby Coast are proud to announce the details of their debut full-length album.
Due out later in 2010, the yet-to-be-named album will feature the co-production team of Howard Bilerman (Arcade Fire, Wolf Parade, Godspeed You! Black Emperor) and Brian Paulson (Wilco, Beck, Slint, Dinosaur Jr.), two of North America’s most established indie rock producers.
To mark the occasion, the band is offering their now sold-out debut EP Projectable Collections’ as a free download, and have included the previously unreleased track ‘Next Season’ as a bonus. The EP with the bonus track can be downloaded here: http://download.themusebox.net/ruby_coast
“Not every band gets the chance to have not one but two brilliant producers working on their album, not to mention their first one,” states Ruby Coast vocalist/guitarist Justice McLellan. “We’re obviously really really excited to get this moving. We think these songs are the best we’ve ever written, and are excited to see where they go.”
Band begins recording at Montreal’s famed Hotel2Tango studio.
The band have also begun a blog to document their time spent in the studio. The blog, http://rubycoast.blogspot.com will be consistently updated with details on the recordings, as well as video, audio, and photo media.

With this great news, I will do a revisit on “Projectable Collections” which is free to download.
Projectable Collections is basically the “pay as you want” EP but more of a proper studio sound.
Also its produced by David Monk (Member of Tokyo Police Club).
Same tracks as before but they left out I Live With Monsters but added two new tracks called Tiger and Town To Province.
Hearing the new version of More Than Television.
Sounds more faster and synth like.
The whole new version of the EP is more polished, fun and playful.
Tracks that wants you to scream your lungs out.
Get this EP for the catchy tunes of:
