Before their set on Thursday night, Emily McQuarrie got a chance to do a short interview with Paul of PS I Love You at Mavericks.
She asked various questions about their name, influences and favorite format of music.

Emily: How did you get the name?
PS: It was a job on the name. A nickname of mines for a long time from Kingston.
Emily: Who are your musical influences?
PS: Major influences, its hard to pin down. New Order with heavy guitars or Dinosaur JR type of thing. Screamy and heavy live but not like the one downstairs as we are hearing it.
Emily: Who does the making of the music?
PS: I sort of write the songs, Benjamin the drummer jams them out and becomes band songs.
Emily: Favorite venue?
PS: The Grad Club in Kingston
