It was Victoria Day (May 23, 2011) and I went up to Zaphod Beeblebrox.
Playing there were:
Ottawa’s Fillet Sterling started off the set.
It was a interest and unique set he put on.
Second band was Ottawa’s Loon Choir.
Found out that the band got a new member and she plays the violin (Who happened to have a broken finger).

The band mostly played new material from an upcoming album.
Sounded like a cross between Ohbijou and Rah Rah.
Ending off the lively fun show was synth pop-rock band A Horse and His Boy.
The lead singer (wearing the white t-shirt) sort of reminded me of a British musician (a-la Suede) and very theatrical.
