It was a great show at the House of Targ on Saturday night.
Playing at the show (barcade) were Solids, Big Dick and Life in Vacuum.
Montreal duo Solids played a loud rocking show. It’s been awhile for them to play in Ottawa since the release of Blame Confusion in October. Now the band has been signed to Dine Alone Records (Canada) and Fat Possum (USA/beyond). It was an awesome! Move over Japandroids/DFA1979 😛Ottawa’s Big Dick was the second band to play. It was a awesome set! Played tracks from their self-titled album and previewed new songs from an upcoming second album! But wasn’t crazy from last Feb’s show at the dirty Dom. At least everyone enjoyed it.Toronto’s Life in Vacuum started off the show. They were great with their punk math rock music.
