Went to a lovely intimate and crowded show at Raw Sugar Cafe on May 25th.
It was a album release show for a musician who hasn’t played Ottawa in quite awhile.
Playing at the show:

• Neil Haverty
The show started off with Neil Haverty.
He already played at the venue a few months ago.
It was a pretty nice and intimate acoustic folk set.
No word on when he will release his music.
Finally it was Michael Feuerstack’s turn.
He was there to promote the new album “Tambourine Death Bed”.
It was such an amazing set.
Very intimate and the music he played was so moving.
This time he had a backing band that compromise of:
Jeremy Gara
Laurel Sprengelmeyer of Little Scream
Stefan Schneider
Nathan Gara
I thought it was cool to see Nathan bring out the Sousaphone.
Overall it was a brilliant show.
