It was the first night of Megaphono festival.
The big night of the show took place at St. Alban’s Church.
Playing at the show were:
Last Ex played their first show in Ottawa and couldn’t be any more excited.
It was incredibly amazing with their instrumental dark shadowy rock music.
They were promoting their self-titled album that came out last year on Constellation Records.
Think Timber Timbre (which are the members of the group) without the vocals.
Evening Hymns was the second act to play.
This is the third time they have played this venue.
It was a wonderful set. Of course I cried when he played Dead Deer and You and Jake.
Previewed new materials which is more of a upbeat and lively sound.
Scattered Clouds was the first act.
I was very surprised with their new sound.
Had more of that Dirty Beaches sound with the experimental lo-fi rock music.
I really like their set alot.
