The big exciting show at Ottawa Explosion Weekend 2017 was the Mint Records showcase.
It was the return and one night only in Ottawa for The Smugglers.
Also on the bill was Needles//Pins, Tough Age and Expanda Fuzz.
To coincide with Grant Lawrence‘s book called Dirty Windshields: The Best and Worst of the Smugglers Tour Diaries.
The Smugglers put on a highly entertaining set.
I didn’t grow up listening to their music but that live show was something!
That 30 minute set felt so short and wished it could have went longer.
It was definitely worth it.
