The snow didn’t stop people from coming out to Happy Goat Coffee Co. for a First Crush Promotion and Congrego presents show with Napster Vertigo, Knitting & Tree of Smoke.
Looks like Montreal’s Napster Vertigo got their name back since they were called Legal Vertigo.
Playing a mix of new material and some from 2019’s Tragic Future Film Star.
The set was filled with art pop and some added country-esque music which had people dancing for a Saturday night.
Montreal’s Knitting was one of the band I was so eager to see.
They finally stopped by since they had to cancel last month.
It was a heavy guitar alt-rocking set from the band’s album Some Kind of Heaven.
Arrived late and caught a few songs of Ottawa’s Tree of Smoke which is some members of Sleep Late.
Where they played shoegaze rock music and a surprise message on the lead singer’s guitar.
