Due to the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, it has been extended to April 3, 2020.
The City of Ottawa has relaunched the #ottmusic program, which has grown to include three music initiatives:
- The OC Transpo Busking Program
- City Sounds
- Music on Hold
This is a great opportunity for local musicians to share their music with Ottawa residents and beyond!
An Ottawa artist has been defined as one who resides within 150 kilometres of the City centre.
Musical performers can use one simple form to apply for any of the three #ottmusic opportunities:
English – Ottawa.ca/ottmusic
French – Ottawa.ca/ottmusique
Local musicians can apply until April 3, 2020 to have your music played for residents on hold with 3-1-1, to have their songs considered for playlists and to busk at O-Train Line 1 stations.
