After a day off, RBC Ottawa Bluesfest was back on for an interesting Tuesday night.
A mix of EDM, funk, soul, rock and dance from the likes of Marshmello, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Crown Lands, SAINt JHN, A Short Walk To Pluto, Frase and Three Days Grace.
Heading Tuesday night was Marshmello and it was totally bonkers with a pyro and smoke show.
Michael Franti and Spearhead put on a fun energetic show.
I decided to go back and everyone was singing and dancing to his music.
Michael had a lot to say about these past two years like the pandemic and American politics.
Crown Lands rocked it out at the River Stage
So hair raising too!
SAINt JHN got the audience excited with dance, hip-hop and R&B music.
I didn’t know Roses was the song that I kept hearing while scrolling on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
The musician had to stop for a moment to help an audience get out from the crowds.
Caught parts of A Short Walk to Pluto where the band put on a lively pop rock set.
Kicking off the main stage was Montreal’s Frase with some soul and funky pop music.
Lastly caught Three Days Grace who headlined the River Stage.
