Tennyson King – Good Intentions [Music Video]

Today, Hong Kong-born, Toronto-based songwriter Tennyson King released the short film for his new single, “Good Intentions.”
The track is taken from his upcoming album, 100 Cities 百城, due out on November 6, 2026.
“Good Intentions” is a beautifully crafted and distinctive song that seamlessly blends traditional Chinese instrumentation with English folk-pop singer-songwriter sensibilities.

The accompanying short film, directed and filmed by Ewan Mac captures the breathtaking beauty of Taipei, Taiwan including the world-famous area known as Tamsui.
The track features Lina Cao (曹丽娜) on guzheng, Snow Bai (白雪) on erhu, Lilian Yang (杨小磊) on pipa, and Dora Wang (王平) on dizi, while Tennyson incorporates the zhongruan into his own distinctive fingerpicking style.
