Ottawashowbox presented The Famines, Boonie Doon and Deathsticks.
Insanely loud garage rock set and it was their surprise paper release for Complete Collected Singles 2014-2017. – 9/10
It was a librarian-themed set for Ottawa’s Bonnie Doon.
As always they performed a fun post-punk surf rock set.
While a PA speakers blew out, the band pulled through anyway. – 8/10
Starting off the show was Deathsticks.
Loud as always and felt like deja vu since I saw them not that long ago.
At least they didn’t blow the fuse off. – 8/10
