Today the San Francisco Bay band Torrey dropped the music video for Moving.
The third single is taken from the band’s upcoming self-titled eponymous album which comes out on March 8, 2024 via Slumberland Records.
Another moody indie hazy shoegaze rocking tune.
About the track by Torrey:
“I wrote the lyrics and melody of this song in my old basement that was unfinished, dark, damp, with exposed wires and cables where I feel like that setting kind of seeped into the overall energy of this song for me.
Lyrically, it’s a handful of self-talk spirals that remain melancholy, revealing dark moments, while remaining hopeful is kind of bursting through stagnancy.” -Torrey
