There was a show at Live Lounge on November 26, 2011.
Playing at the venue:
The first band was TJPG.
It’s been awhile since they played in Ottawa.
The turnout was pretty good, and it showed that they still have fans supporting them.
Second was The Darcys.
Wow – two shows in November, how shocking is this? November 10th was the last time they played in Ottawa. I couldn’t help but see them again, and I was glad, because they put on such a great set.
There was some problems when Michael broke a guitar string, but he pulled it off very well.
They played one new song which will hopefully be on the next album in 2012.
Quite simply – they just rock.
Amos was last, and they pulled off a wild set, filled with new tracks from Sure as the Weather which drops on November 29th.
Amos and The Darcys spent the last few weeks playing shows across Ontario, and this show marked the end of the tour. It was obvious Ottawa was happy to have them back.
Playing tracks from their upcoming album, Amos got fans excited. It was a great set that showed how well Amos is doing.
Overall, it was a fun show.
Here are the rest of the photos.
