I am going to start off with the Best of 2010: Singles.
There has been great songs in 2010.
I am going to based the singles from the Singles Chart on this site.
You might find some of the mainstream singles kind of lower in the list.
But its not about what is popular just as long they are on the 2010 list.
There will be five Glee tracks in the Top 50 (I know you might like or dislike this but its been a phenomenon).
Here are the singles from #41-#50
- Owen Pallett – Lewis Takes Action
- Wolf Parade – Yulia
- Lady GaGa feat. Beyonce – Telephone
- K’Naan – Wavin’ Flag (Celebration Remix)
- OK Go – This Too Shall Pass
- The National – Runaway
- The New Pornographer – Your Hands (Together)
- Robyn – Hang With Me
- B.o.B feat. Hayley Williams – Airplanes
- Glee Cast – Total Eclipse of the Heart
My favorite track off Heartland.
This is the best and surprisingly my favorite Wolf Parade track off Expo 86.
The music video is just so tragic to watch about the Russian spaceship.
What a crazy epic music video Gaga made and one of the most overplayed songs in 2010.
How can’t you not love this track.
K’naan was successful in 2010 having his song remixed and changed for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
They made two different unique one take versions of this video which everyone talked about it.
Such a great catchy pop-rock tune.
Listen to This Too Shall Pass (Marching Band Version)
This is a brilliant track from The National off High Violet.
Its so sad and sombre.
Which is why everyone has fallen in love with The National.
When I listen to this single, it sounded like the band is going back to Twin Cinema era.
Such a fun upbeat track.
Robyn having released the Body Talk series.
This one is the stand out track.
Such an underrated musician.
One of the most unique collaborations of 2010.
Just love the beats and the chorus of this single.
There is something about their version of the classic 80s song that made it so emotional.
