BisonBison and mal/aimé @ Cinqhole

Saturday night at Cinqhole and I didn’t want to miss out the Toronto-based band called BisonBison.
They are producers Dani Ramez and Chad Skinner alongside Caribou drummer Brad Weber, harpist Sinéad Bermingham, and vocalist Sophia Alexandra.
The band was in Ottawa to do an early album release for Hover which doesn’t come out until February 7, 2020.
Great set of ambient, electronic-dance and downtempo music.
Opening up the show was mal/aimé.
This time it was a solo set by Yolande since the other members were busy with other stuff that night.
It was wonderful 20 minute set of drone-ambient experimental music.
