Wonderful Monday night concert at the NAC Southam Hall with Chilly Gonzales.
Very eccentric coming out with a robe and Uggs slippers who kind of reminds me of Hugh Hefner.
Chilly is currently promoting his new album Solo Piano III.
First half hour was very brilliant and captivating of Chilly tickling the ivory keys of the piano and our minds.
Later on the show, he was accompanied by Stella Le Page on cello and Joe Flory on drums
It wasn’t just a typical classical concert, there was rapping and even some singing.
This being my first time seeing him perform, I was totally drawn by the way he plays the piano!
I wasn’t disappointed at all for a Monday night! 10/10.
