You know when fall is here when it is the start of CityFolk Festival.
Taking place at Lansdowne Park, the first night had Iggy Pop (sorry I couldn’t photograph), Busty and the Bass and NOBRO.
Kicking off the main stage was the Montreal band Busty and the Bass with their funk, jazz and R&B/Soul music.
Fun bumping and energetic set.
Rocking and filling up the Courtside stage was Montreal’s NOBRO.
The band played tracks from their first two EPs and preview new stuff from their long awaited full length album.
At least I got to hear Marianna.
