Cobra & Vulture and The Mark Inside @ Café Nostalgica [October 28, 2011]

After seeing Roberta Bondar and missing Bad Vibrations and Shameless at Babylon.
I headed up to Café Nostalgica (which I thought was suppose to be closed in September in rebuilding it) to see Montreal’s Cobra & Vultures.
If you don’t know they were formerly known as Nightwood.
This was their first show in Ottawa with the new name.
They were a last minute addition in opening up for Toronto’s The Mark Inside.

I haven’t seen Erin and Amber in awhile except for Jeremy who drums for Parlovr 😛
I was very excited to see them live.
They started off the set and mostly played tracks from the Seer EP which is free to download on their Bandcamp.
Their sound has more of the indie gritty rock sound.
They performed a brilliant set!
Can’t wait for the full-length.

Afterwards The Mark Inside was next.
They totally rocked the place up!
