Getting back in the swing in things.
With various shows that happened on Thursday night, I decided to go the this one at Raw Sugar Cafe.
Wanted to show my support with my friends who play in the Broken Tambourine (No site yet).
They were opening up Elliot Maginot who is from Montreal and on Indica Records.
Starting off the show was Ottawa’s the Broken Tambourine. It wasn’t a few weeks ago they performed at the same venue. With some new member it was a fun and enjoyable set of indie orchestral folk pop music. Ended off with Robyn’s Dancing On My Own and a encore of the Boss’ Dancing In The Dark.
Elliot Maginot captivated the whole audience with his solo guy mellow pop rock music. Had that Jeff Buckley-esque to it! Truly an talented musician! I can see big things happening for him in the future!
