While there wasn’t a torrential downpour, the temperature cooled with some wind on the sixth day of Ottawa Bluesfest 2025—an ideal break from the summer heat.

The party vibe was in full swing at the main stage with Sean Paul.
Although the 15-20 minute DJ set before his appearance felt a bit unnecessary, once he hit the stage, it was pure energy.
He delivered hit after hit—Get Busy, Gimme the Light, We Be Burnin’, and more—turning the crowd into a massive dance floor.

Warming things up earlier was Kardinal Offishall, bringing a mix of hip-hop and crowd-pleasing throwback while it was still a fun and lively set to dance to.

Other highlights included Dystoh, Peach Pit at the River Stage, and a solid showing from Alicia Moffet and LILYISTHATYOU.
Over at the LeBreton Stage, Moontricks offered a unique blend of electronic and folk that drew in a curious crowd.
