Here is the seventh album on the Polaris Music Prize 2011 shortlist.
I am going to cut to chase and make my prediction on Ron Sexsmith‘s Long Player Late Bloomer.
This is the album I haven’t listened to that is in this year’s shortlist.
So my prediction is that he has a 50% chance of winning it.
Ron is already an established musicians domestic and internationally.
He is more of a musician’s musician that likes his music from the likes of Chris Martin of Coldplay to Elvis Costello.
I think he doesn’t really need the prize.
