The third year of Win Butler’s Pop vs Jock was finally back for the festival.
Having been absent last year due to the band promoting their album Reflektor and was the season opening band for SNL.
If you don’t know, it is a charity basketball game and proceeds from it goes towards DJ Sports Club which is a non profit charity organization in Montreal’s south west borough that offers programs in sports and education to youth 7 to 17 years old.
This year’s game had special guest Justin Vernon of Bon Iver, former NBA slam dunk champion Brent Barry and Nikolai Fraiture of The Strokes.
Overall it was a entertaining and fun game to watch.
